Like many of you, we've got COVID on our mind. Although it has brought about dramatic changes in life/career plans, we count ourselves fortunate to have a roof over our head and the feeling of safety and security.
Go easy on yourself. We are navigating a collective traumatic and stressful experience. Give yourself permission to rest and to go move slowly.
However, it's also a great opportunity to advantage of these newly-allotted time to indulge and learn. Below are some ideas and things to do while in Self-Isolation.

Start checking off that long reading list

Reflect. On your growth, on your journey, and on the loved ones that have been right by you. Remember what’s important.
There are very few moments like now where we are given time to slow down, disconnect, and focus on healing and growth. Take this opportunity to treat yourself well and spread love.
